How do I apply for an account at Wolff Bros. Supply, Inc.?

I already have an account at Wolff Bros. Supply, Inc. How do I sign up for WolffNet?
Click on the "Register" link on the menu bar. Fill in all the required fields and submit. You will be taken to a screen with our terms and conditions. If you agree to the terms, fill in the required fields and click the "Agree & Register" button. The message at the top of the screen will indicate your registration request email has been successfully sent. You will be notified via e-mail within one (1) business day when your account has been activated. You must be an authorized buyer on the account to be activated.
What do I do if I've forgotten my password?
On the Login screen, enter your email address and click "Forgot your password?" You will receive an email with a temporary password. Passwords are case-sensitive.
After you login with this temporary password, you will be required to create a new one.
How do I change my WolffNet password?
Click on Account>Account Info on the menu bar. Click the "Change" button under the WolffNet Account Information section. Enter your new password and press the "Save" button.
When I add an item to My Favorites, why are some of my previously added favorites missing?
When you add an item to your favorites, it positions the list to display the newly added item at the top. The items are sorted by Stock No. To reset the list back to the beginning, click the "Reset list" link. To display all your favorites on the same page, click the "Show All" tab.
How does the keyword search work?
The keyword search works as a weighted combination of an "and" + "or" search. When multiple keywords are entered, items matching all the words will display first, followed by items matching fewer words. For example, when searching for "4 abs elbow", the items which contain all three keywords will display first. The items matching two of the words will display next, followed by the items which only match one word. The search results are sorted by Stock No. The maximum number of results returned from any search is 200 items.
When searching , do not enter units or the symbols for feet, inches, degrees, etc. For example, use "3/4 copper 45" - not, "3/4 in. copper 45 degrees". If you currently have your own item numbers cross-referenced to ours, you can search for your item numbers in the keyword search field - not the item number search field. If you have any info in the item number search field, it will take presidence.
How does the item number search work?
The item number search will only search Wolff Bros. item numbers starting with the beginning of the item number. You must enter at least the first characters of the part number. For example, searching "ABS1" will return all items starting with those characters (e.g., ABS1013) but searching "1013" will not return any results.
What are the WolffNet hours of operation?
WolffNet is currently not
- Monday thru Thursday from 10:30 until midnight
- Fridays from 8 pm until 11 pm
- Saturdays from 1:30 pm until 4 pm
Why are there two numbers displaying the availability?
The first number indicates the availability at your currently selected branch. The second displays the availability company-wide.
If I am on a screen that doesn't show the category list on the left, how do I get back to a screen that does?
Click the "Home" link on the menu bar.
When I register for an e-Account, and click the "Agree and Register" button, nothing happens.
Check the red message at the top of the window. It should say "An email has been successfully sent", etc. After registering, please allow up to one (1) business day for your account to be activated. You will be notified via email when you are able to login to WolffNet.
How do I create additional WolffNet users for my company?
Click on Account>Account Info on the menu bar. Under the Sub User Information section, click the "New" button.
Note: each user in your company must have a unique email address.
How do I use the Order History Inquiry screen to search for order history?
To search for order history, you must select the type of search first, then enter the criteria and press "Search".
I have a list of Wolff Bros. Supply item numbers I want to add to a cart or to my favorites, what's the best way to do this?
Use the Quick Entry option on the menu bar. Enter an item number and a quantity for each item. Use TAB to advance through the fields. When you are done, click the "Validate" link. Any incorrect item numbers will show an ***ERROR**** and must be removed or corrected. Then click "Add to Cart" or "Add to Favorites".
I'm currently logged in to WolffNet but when I find an item, I don't see any pricing information and it says I'm currently logged in as "Guest".
In order to use WolffNet, you must have cookies enabled in your browser. Consult the help for your browser to see how to enable cookies.
I logged out of WolffNet, browsed to another web site, then came back to WolffNet and I was still logged in.
To completely clear login information, you must close all
open browser windows. This is important if you are using someone else's computer or someone else is using your computer.
